Mindful Coping is based on two major science-based mental health treatment approaches: mindfulness-based therapy (MBT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
Research on the Mindful Coping Program itself is underway. Our goal is to conduct studies on the Mindful Coping Program and to continually update the program as we learn what is most helpful.
